Brief

Henley had identified that many of their clients were requesting technology upgrades to their homes, however at the time, options were limited to expensive and largely custom systems. Henley asked X Marketing to review the market and put together a connected home pack that can be offered to their customers. Henley were looking for a cohesive offering to their customers that was as easy to use as possible.

Our Approach

To undertake the work, we conducted a review of their offering, speaking with all their suppliers to understand what connected home products were available. We spoke to Henley’s stakeholders to understand their internal requirements regarding installation & on-going support.
